I am Seoyun Kim, a senior at Shanghai American School Puxi campus. It is my honor to serve as the president of General Assembly.

This is my eighth year in MUN, and I am more than excited to make wonderful memories at my last SHAMUN conference. MUN not only advances our public speaking, collaboration, and problem-solving techniques, but it also provides us with valuable experiences that can widen our perspectives.

Hello delegates!

My name is Ethan Rana, a freshman at Shanghai American School Puxi. I will be serving as your deputy president for General Assembly 3 in this second iteration of SHAMUN Lite.

After 4 years of MUN, I’ve attended numerous conferences across China and have thoroughly enjoyed every one of them. In this conference, I will be focusing on the issue of “Ensuring the rights and safe and equitable working conditions for migrant laborers”. The United Nations continues to emphasize the safety and wellbeing of migrant workers through equitable regulations and immigration pathways. Delegates are encouraged to do thorough research in order for fruitful and passionate discussions.

Although a small conference, I am certain that SHAMUN Lite II will be an unforgettable experience. See everyone in April!

I’m John, a freshman at SAS Puxi. I will be serving as your deputy president for General Assembly 3 in SHAMUN Lite. 

After 5 years of my involvement in MUN, this will be my 2nd time chairing, and I will be chairing on the topic, ‘Ensuring the rights and safe and equitable working conditions for migrant laborers.’ I am looking forward for all the resolutions and fruitful debates through SHAMUN Lite II conference!
