Esteemed directors, honorable chairs, and fellow delegates,
Hi! I am Emilei and I am currently a senior at Shanghai American School Pudong. I am honored to serve as the President for the Commission on Science and Technology for Development Committee here at SHAMUN.
I started MUN during my freshman year and I have attended 6 conferences since then, including PUXIMUN, SHASMUN, and SHAMUN. MUN has helped immensely in developing my confidence and public-speaking abilities. I hope as a chair, I can encourage delegates to push themselves to be more assertive and confident behind the podium to deliver exceptional speeches. I am so excited to hear all the amazing resolutions delegates come up with.

Hi!
I am Tony, a sophomore from Shanghai American School Pudong Campus.
I joined my school's MUN club since seventh grade, having my first conference as a delegate in eighth grade, and now already experienced five conferences. During which, I've main-subbed thrice and won award twice. I will be chairing the CTSD of SHAMUN XXIII, which will be my first MUN chairing experience.
I can't wait for the conference to happen!
